Slip and Fall on Ice: $500,000 Settlement

Our client was injured when she was caused to slip and fall on ice on a sidewalk in Harlem. 

The client came to us just a few weeks before the statute of limitations (time limit to bring a case) had expired on her case. At the time the client came to us she did not even know the exact date of her slip and fall incident. 

Within the time frame needed to bring the lawsuit, Linden Law established the exact date of the fall through the ambulance records and hired a weather expert to determine that the ice the client had slipped on had to have been accumulating for days prior to the fall. 

Multiple Defendants were brought into the lawsuit with them all blaming the incident on each other. Ultimately, at a mediation Jason was able to obtain a settlement of $500,000.
