I worked with Jason Linden for two years and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs representation for a car accident. He always responded thoughtfully to my questions and carefully explained why working within the system was a far better approach than rushing to judgment. He took the time to understand and document in detail both the nature of my accident and my resulting medical issues, as they progressed. Jason is professional, caring, effective and very good at what he does. I highly recommend him and am very grateful for everything he did for me.

I am forever grateful to Jason for how he handled my case. He took the time to get to know me, my character, and my story. After taking my case he defended me to the max. I worked with Jason for close to two years now on this case and never did I feel like he was "just another ambulance chasing attorney who doesn't actually care about you". He does. It showed in the hours long conversations we had, in the way he fought for me to have the best rehabilitation, and the way he fought for me to have an outcome that not only addressed my physical damages, but how my accident affected my overall quality of life. I would recommend Jason 1000 times. He's basically like a social worker with a law degree (so to speak) as he goes above and beyond with his advocacy for his clients. I am forever grateful to him, and to Linden Law for their help. He is professional, attentive, caring, and a phenomenal advocate for his clients. I cannot thank him enough.

Jason was a true professional, he was clear and concise in all questions that I had. He set my expectations as to the length and process of the claim. He explained the steps from beginning to end (settlement) with all the steps in between. Independent medical reviews, all doctor testing, depositions. Jason was with me the entire process. Jason returned my calls and answered my emails quickly and put me at ease.

I'll start by saying that Jason was absolutely fantastic! I spoke to several attorneys regarding my injury (broken wrist after being hit by an NYC MTA employee) and several wouldn't work with me because they said the value of my case was too low. Through adept negotiation skills Jason was able to get me a settlement that was more than twice the amount other attorneys quoted me. I hope that I don't ever have to deal with another injury case like that, but if I did, I know exactly who I'd go to for representation.

Jason is a great lawyer. He personally assisted me with my case and was very professional. He kept in contact with me throughout so I was always updated and I knew I was in good hands. I strongly recommend Jason as an attorney as he is a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use again in the future.
